We build functional prototypes to understand how a product performs when it is actually used. Unlike appearance models, these prototypes are designed to evaluate functionality, interactions, and user experience rather than visual refinement alone. Testing products under realistic conditions helps us uncover challenges, validate assumptions, and identify opportunities for improvement. These learnings help us make more informed decisions and create products that work in practice, not just in theory.
